If you already have V1.4, simply open the patch file, select browse and select your RTGaurdia-V1.4.exe client file and click apply.

Note, currently this game only works on Windows machines. However, we are in the process of compiling clients for Mac users as well. In the mean time, you can download a Windows emulator that will allow you to run the game from your Mac computer. You can download the trial at Codeweavers.
You can also use a combination of MacPorts and Wine.
Linux users can use Wine by itself to play the game.
